With separate management, replenishment cycles become easier to forecast. Standard parts are shipped by region upon order placement; custom parts require drawing and quantity confirmation before production scheduling begins, with delivery dates based on the finalized schedule. Upon整机 delivery, a spare parts list is included, detailing specifications, quantities, and recommended replacement intervals to facilitate future replenishment.

Batch record synchronization completed. For parts of the same specification, batch numbers and arrival times are recorded upon receipt. During replacement, you can match specific models to batches to avoid issues where similar-sized parts are not interchangeable. If a customer has an early model, provide the full unit serial number to verify compatibility.
