Visible Manufacturing Floor

To verify if an oxygen chamber supplier is a direct manufacturer, check three things: where structural parts are processed, where gas lines are assembled, and where inspection records are filed.

Cabin Fabrication and Assembly Area

Structural component machining, cabin assembly, and seal installation are performed in the same area.

Production Stage

From a single panel to a complete cabin

Four integrated stages within our own production line minimize dimensional deviations and delivery uncertainties caused by outsourcing.

01

Structural Processing

Machine the vessel body, door frame, and observation window structural components per drawings; verify dimensional tolerances prior to assembly.

02

Merging and Assembly

After cabin assembly, install seals, door locks, and internal components. Inspect clearances item by item.

03

Pneumatic System

Air compressors, filters, and piping are centrally arranged; joints and wiring follow fixed routes based on cabin type.

04

Detect and Archive

Record data after pressure-holding and operational tests, then archive with the complete unit documentation.

Quality Control

Four inspections every capsule must pass

Inspection items and record content are standardized in the process specifications and remain consistent regardless of machine model.

Test Item4 CHECKS
Structure compatibility check
Verify door frame, window, and cabin fitment gaps individually for each unit.
Airtightness Test
Post-housing pressure test: record initial pressure and variation.
Airline Operation Check
Confirmation of continuous operation for gas supply, filtration, and piping systems
Control & Calls
Control Panel, Cabin Call Status Confirmation

Supply Chain Specialization

What should be done in-house versus outsourced for collaboration?

Key structural components and final assembly inspections are handled in-house, while standardized supporting parts are supplied through stable partnerships. Clear ownership of each stage ensures reliable delivery schedules and consistent part availability.

Accessories & After-Sales Service

Accessories remain available after delivery

Seals, filters, masks, and tubing are managed per standard specifications; non-standard structural components are manufactured according to drawings. Equipment is not delivered as a one-time solution—maintenance is the key to long-term operation.
