Unified node detection, content recording, and judgment criteria with individual record-keeping.

Oxygen Medical standardized the cabin airtightness testing process, defining every step from cabin assembly and seal installation to pressure-holding inspection, and unified the test record forms.

After adjustment, each cabin undergoes pressure-holding testing upon completion of assembly. The test records initial pressure, duration, and pressure change; results are archived with the complete unit documentation. An additional re-inspection step has been added for seal installation to prevent rework caused by installation deviations.

This standard also applies to the prototyping phase of custom models. For custom cabins, perform individual airtightness testing after structural confirmation before moving to mass production, reducing late-stage adjustment costs.
