Custom Services

What can be customized, and how?

Customization isn't just about resizing. Align all four dimensions—room conditions, user count, appearance, and packaging—to ensure a successful first-time implementation.

Custom dimensions

Four dimensions, determined together.

Each dimension affects the cabin structure, pneumatic layout, or delivery documentation. Begin with the scenario to confirm the sequence.

01

Cabin Dimensions and Shape

Determine cabin length, door swing direction, and observation window placement based on room net dimensions and occupancy.

  • Horizontal / Vertical Structure
  • Single / Duo / Multi
  • Adjust door swing direction
02

Appearance & Color Options

Select panel color and cabinetry finish to match your home or store style, then confirm the signage location.

  • Panel Color Scheme
  • Cabin Interior Finish
  • Display Icon
03

Configuration & Feature Modules

Supply method, control method, cabin lighting, and ventilation are combined based on usage frequency.

  • Silent air path
  • Centralized Control
  • Cabin Lighting and Ventilation
04

Branding

Channel partner branding, manuals, and consumable packaging can be customized together.

  • Cabin ID
  • Customize Instructions
  • Consumable Packaging

Partnership Models

Three options—pick the one that fits your stage.

Moving from standard customization to full customization and private labeling involves increasing investment and delivery lead times, making each suitable for different collaboration starting points.

Standard Reconfiguration

Adjusted color scheme, door direction, and select configurations based on the standard model.

Ideal for scenarios with a defined container type requiring only localized adjustments.

Fully Custom

Re-evaluate cabin dimensions, structure, and configuration based on the scenario; proceed with prototyping before mass production.

Ideal for rooms with unique dimensions or specialized workflows

OEM private label

Visual identity, packaging, and materials are presented according to channel strategy; configurations are based on customer segment combinations.

Q&A
How are the MOQ and lead time determined for custom orders?+

MOQ varies by customization depth: standard modifications accept small trial orders, while full custom and OEM require batch confirmation after plan approval. Lead times depend on cabin structure complexity, pneumatic configuration, and production scheduling, and are provided during the plan approval stage.

Does the home setup require room modifications?+

In most cases, no modifications are needed. We first verify the room's clear dimensions, door width, and power conditions to determine the pod length and air system placement. If piping is required, installation requirements will be specified in the proposal.

How are accessories and consumables continuously supplied?+

Seals, filters, masks, and breathing tubes are managed per standard specifications and replenished as needed; non-standard structural parts are manufactured according to drawings. A guide detailing replacement intervals for key consumables will be provided upon delivery.

What qualifications and test documentation can you provide?+

The complete unit delivery includes airtightness test records and operational test records. The scope of enterprise qualifications and compliance documents provided shall be based on the list confirmed during the cooperation plan discussion.
